I wanted to take this time to update you on my new hours and rates that will begin January 1, 2023.

I also wanted to share a little about what is going on in my personal life. Life provides us with opportunities for stretching and growing. As I get older I realize more and more that these things happen simultaneously. Over the last several years, I have been stepping into a caregiver role for both of my parents and moving them in with my family in the process. I always thought this would happen later in life, but I do find myself fulfilling my role as a loving mother raising 2 sons, a wife, and taking care of my elderly parents at the same time. This opportunity has helped me re-evaluate and navigate the balance we so often strive for with our careers and our families.

These changes in my personal life coupled with the increase in the cost of living has made it clear that it is time to increase my rates.

I deeply honor and respect my clients and the bodywork that I offer. When I started my career, it was never a hobby or a trade I discovered. I knew offering therapeutic bodywork was a purpose, a passion, and a calling for my life. For the last couple of years, I’ve been able to absorb the additional costs and increases myself. However, I’ve reached a place where I need to make some changes that will help make my career sustainable indefinitely. With 20 years of experience, with my different specialities, and currently having a 2 month wait list, I need to find balance both professionally and personally.

One of my main goals is create space for mamas who need help with optimal baby positioning and for those who need help encouraging labor to start. I also would like to create more space for women who are on a fertility journey to be able to receive bodywork in a timely manner. These sessions are ones that I love to offer and are fuel for my soul. I hope there will be more space for these needs as well as freeing up my wait list.

As of January 1st, 2023, my new prices will be:
60 minute sessions = $120
90 minute sessions = $160
2 hour sessions = $200
Initial Maya sessions $180
Follow Up Maya sessions = $130
*Any sessions already booked in the New Year at the current price will stay the same, so there is no confusion.

Starting in February and moving forward, my new hours will be:
Mondays 9 – 3
Tuesdays 1 – 7
Thursdays 9 – 3
Fridays 8 – 1
The second Saturday of each month 9 – 2.

60 minute sessions = $100
90 minute sessions = $130
2 hour sessions = $160
Initial Maya Sessions = $150
